I’ve been successful in achieving significant long-term goals for over a decade including:
- Running marathons
- Hiking mountains
- Completing year-long challenges like exercising daily and giving up caffeine and alcohol
- Overhauling my sleep schedule, diet, exercise routine and stress levels to improve my hormonal health

I was absolutely blown away when I found out that 92% of people fail at sticking to their long-term goals, with around 80% of people quitting completely, so I became determined to understand how I’d cracked the code for achieving multiple long-term challenges, resolutions and changes for life.
